Grilled Sardines with Sweet Peppers

Music, color, joy, and... Grilled Sardines with Peppers! It smells like Santos Populares 🎏

The sardine and sweet peppers are grilled together in this canned recipe of ours, just as it's done in the Lisbon and Oporto streets in the month of June.

The Sardine, in itself, is a white fish, with good quality fat and very rich in Omega-3, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It is also a source of vitamin D and B12 with plenty of protein, associated with lowering blood pressure and controlling diabetes.
