Products

Products can be purchased online through the website www.portuguesesardine.us, and may be subject to quantity limitations and refund and exchange policy restrictions. The images provided offer the best representation of the products available in the store. However, it is not possible to guarantee that the color of the product displayed on your computer, tablet, or smartphone accurately represents the actual color of the product. The O Valor do Tempo Group reserves the right to make changes or corrections to the published information without prior notice or warning.

Payments

All payments made through www.portuguesesardine.us are secure and protected. All transactions are conducted in dollars. We accept payments via Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bank transfer is an option available only in Portugal. If proof of payment is not sent within 6 business days after purchase, the order will be canceled. The customer's credit card data will not be used for purposes other than verifying payment methods, billing, and payment management, or, in any case, for managing complaints and disputes. In such cases, the data is processed by the bank providing services related to online payment management and by the credit card issuer used to validate the order.
